Return & Refund Policy

Every Anjani saree is handwoven by a real artisan, so we accept returns only in limited circumstances. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility
You may request a return within 3 days of delivery if:
- You received a wrong product, or
- The product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
An unboxing video is mandatory to claim damage or wrong-item returns.
2. Not eligible for return
- Change of mind, colour preference, or fit (handlooms vary slightly — this is normal).
- Sarees that have been worn, washed, ironed, altered, or have fall/pico stitched.
- Items returned without original packaging and tags.
- Custom-made, made-to-order, or sale items (final sale).
3. How to request
- Message us on WhatsApp at +91 99891 77077 within 3 days of delivery.
- Share your order details, photos, and unboxing video.
- We will respond within 2 business days with a return decision and pickup instructions.
4. Return shipping
- For wrong or damaged items: we arrange and pay for reverse pickup.
- For other approved returns: return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned saree.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI / bank transfer).
- Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange for another saree of equal or higher value (you pay the difference), subject to availability.
7. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and the return policy above applies.
