Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We ship across all serviceable pincodes in India. International shipping is available on request via WhatsApp.

2. Shipping charges

• India: FREE standard shipping on all orders.
• International: Charges quoted on WhatsApp before order confirmation, based on destination and weight.

3. Dispatch time

• In-stock sarees are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment.
• Made-to-order or custom pieces are dispatched within the timeline communicated on WhatsApp at the time of order.

4. Delivery time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
• Other cities & towns: 5–8 business days from dispatch.
• International: 7–15 business days from dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or regional restrictions.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp.

6. Failed delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damage in transit

Please record an unboxing video. If your parcel arrives damaged, share the unboxing video with us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery so we can raise a claim.
